Too often sport promotion is focussed on our targets rather than real people's lives. Let's use the best from marketing to really get people playing more sport.

The main reason that people do sport or activity is because it's fun. "Being healthier" is about 4th on most people's lists.
So let's market what matters to people, not our own targets.
There are loads of reasons to stop people from taking part in sport - not enough time, don't know where to go.
Let's try to reduce some of those barriers and make it easier for people to play.
No-one wants to look like the odd one out, or like they don't know what they're doing.
By making sport more friendly and helping people get over that initial barrier of trying it out you can make a real difference.
